Sleeves are too short and I am average height

I am 5 feet 5 inches tall and weigh 118 pounds. I ordered a small which is my usual size and wear size 2 in general. I got the natural color and the body fits well. I don’t have long arms but I’ve had to return multiple Tahari items because the sleeves are too short. This sweater is definitely cropped. I always wonder if the seller mixes up the petites when this happens. I don’t feel like I’m excessively tall and yet too short sleeves have been a problem for me in size small. I’m returning this.
