High Waist Ponte Knit Leggings

I’ve never been so disappointed in a purchase. These ripped while I was at work, I had them on for maybe an hour and a half before I had to go into my bosses office with my thigh out and ask to go home. When I asked for a return, Nordstrom said there was nothing they could do and blamed me. There was nothing wrong with them other than the obvious defect from the factory- it ripped in almost a perfect circle no where near a seam.

Honestly, they shouldn't be called leggings as they look so good with a matching blazer that I bought from Nostrum (Tahari) brand. The material is so easy to wear and wrinkle free and was super fitting for my curvy body. I just reordered the before they go out of stock! Whomever recommended buying one size smaller was a great tip, the pants might be a bit loose if you buy them in your size, take a size smaller if you want them nicely fitted. A MUST HAVE for this fall season..

These leggings are okay- if I had paid full price, I would be giving it one star. They are fine for $20 leggings, maybe even great if they carry your size, but I got the XS and I really need an XXS, which they either don't make or did not have when I got mine. I am 5'4" and 115-125 lbs. I wear a S In Spanx. They are fine in the leg area, a little bunchy, but I am short so that's not unexpected. For someone with a bigger butt they might be great but the waist is baggy on me and the butt is not very flattering or tight. Also I wouldn't consider these to be very high waisted, but I have a slightly long torso, and they hit me barely above the belly button. Again, for $20 they're fine I will keep for that price... but I prefer Spanx by a LOT...
