This bag should have came with instructions! What’s the cord for? What does it charge too? There’s way too many pockets and if you’re like me you forgot which pocket you put it in and you’re frantically searching? What’s the usb port? What id it gets wet and I’m going to die of electrocution for the sake of fashion? And here’s the kicker I brought too and it’s too late to return them so now they’re just taking up space! Was I high or have a cocktail when I brought these?

Zipper gets stuck
The backpack is adequate, I like the chest strap, good for posture. One of the zippers for the main compartment gets stuck regularly, when trying to fix it, the zipper tab will free itself from the zipper itself, this frequent event decreases the value of the backpack for me.

Versatile pocket space with even a glasses case
What a great bag, perfect size for a personal item to bring next to your carry-on suitcase. But what I especially like are all the pockets, it even stores your glasses. Very sturdy material, I can see us using this bag for a long time.

I order this bookbag for nursing school and work. I ordered it because of all the pockets it had inside. When I picked up the bag it was a different bag. I checked every Nordstrom rack they have here and that bag isn't in the store. I asked the store and called Norstrom rack and was told I could either return it or just keep it. SMH I got nothing resolved and got no help. This bag maybe worth 70 bucks at the most but definitely not the 107 I paid for it.
