new design is cheap
I bought this hat to replace the old one I bought back in 2020. The new one was laughably cheap. The bill was redesigned and it’s so small and cheap that it barely covers your face from the sun. Returned it.

Great hat but not washable
I purchased this hat specifically for running and other workouts. It’s a nice true navy blue. Fits really well and fabric is lightweight.
Unfortunately, I did not read the care details before purchasing. The tag essentially says not to wash this hat, don’t even rinse with water. Wipe clean with a damp cloth only. What? For a hat sold by Sweaty Betty and specifically for running...that’s hilarious. I gambled and have been rinsing with cold water in shower after workouts, and it seems to be holding up fine.
