Quincy Golf Hat

Bought online for in store pickup. Arrived damaged, stained and with hairs on it. Obviously returned and then passed off to me as new even though it was damaged. Manager in the store even said she was going to throw it out after I returned it. She told me to there was nothing else she can do for wasting my time driving back and forth for an obviously damaged item, and that I should contact customer service. When I chatted with customer service, to make up for this issue, they offered free shipping on my next order, which I didn’t ask for or want… then abruptly cut off the chat. Very poor product quality and even worse customer service.
