bad quality
Was very excited about the purchase and was disappointed after item arrived. Cheap material and took a trip to store to return and was told they can’t process the return in store cause the equipment can’t detect the diamond. Called CS to process the return and was told that they will credit me back the returning shipping cost but has not received any credit notes after over two weeks.
