Love it: it runs 2-3 sizes small
I LOVE this gorgeous peplum top. I bought a second immediately after the first arrived. BUT -- be aware that it doesn't just "run small" -- it runs EXTREMELY SMALL. I am usually a 4 or 6 -- in this top, the Large fits me snugly (but flatteringly). It's hard to imagine who would fit in the Small.... An 8-year-old?

I would normally wear a small but sized up to a medium based on other reviews and made the right choice. I’m petite build - 5’2”, 118 lbs, 32DD and the medium fits great. It’s tight getting on and the material is thick but I like it. Feels well made and is going to be an effortless look! So happy I got this!

Runs SMALL
The material, cut and quality of this top are amazing--I adore it. But it runs SO SMALL! I sized up to a large based on the recommendation in other reviews and it was still too small. So small that I'm not even sure an XL would fit. I am so sad, but I have to return it.

Wetsuit?
This top is great if you want to look stylish while scuba diving because it’s more of a wetsuit than a blouse! I normally wear a Size 6 or Small in tops but sized up due to reviews and it was STILL like a second skin when I put it on. Fabric is odd. Sleeves were also too long, so it’s definitely not for petites. And for the price?! Pssh...this scuba gear is on it’s way back to Nordy’s as I type.
