I got this in white. It’s a decent thickness but threw in some bra pads to tame some obvious anatomy. Other than that, it was great and lasted though 3 hours of dancing at a concert! I did have to adjust here and there but never felt like the girls were going to escape. 32C and got a small. True to size.
