Disappointed Shoes had been worn
I am always happy with Nordstrom rack service till this shipment. I bought a clearance new shoes not a used shoes in an uncover damage sport shoes box. This shoes is final cannot be returned. The policy should change only it’s in new condition otherwise customers should have right to return a defective products. Nordstrom Rack should put this shoes to sell in store not to an on-line customer. I did see there are two shoes available with my size. My question is those two shoes are brand new or same used one like I got. Am I bad luck?
