Gross and dirty sole

This pair of Stuart Weitzman sandal for $179 arrived with hair stuck to the sole (gross) dirt, and scratches. How could Nordstrom allow such shoddy merchandise for which they charge a pretty price, be shipped to customers. Yuk!

Don’t buy!! They are bad

The description says Platinum. They are a shiny glittery gold and scratchy. Contacted manufacturer and they indicated they should be returned even if they are final sale. First time I have ever complained about Stuart Weitzman product.

WRONG SHOE in PICTURE

Shoe was final sale, but the shoe WAS NOT AS PICTURED the color said platinum and it was actually a sparkly ugly gold enlarging the pictured showed a beige/cream color which was fine with me, but that was not what I received. Chatting with customer service was a huge mistake, person didn’t care and kept saying final sale and that the shoe when enlarged was gold Not true. Sad to say Nordstrom has a big problem with customer service I will think twice before purchasing from Nordstrom rack
