shoes arrived clearly worn
I can’t believe Nordstrom would send a clearly used pair of shoes packed in a plastic bag without the original box or dust bag. The shoes have scuffs all over them and are visibly worn and dirty. They should have been marked for clearance rather than sold as new.

The shoes I received are clearly USED.
The shoes I received are clearly USED, with visible signs of previous wear. They also arrived with NO BOX and were shipped in nothing more than a regular plastic bag. This is completely unacceptable for a pair of shoes that cost $169.97 ($185.69 after taxes) and were sold and advertised as NEW.
When purchasing new shoes at this price, it is reasonable to expect an unworn product—not a used pair without a box. Even more disappointing, this is the second time this has happened to me with the same shoe brand. The condition and packaging of these shoes are simply not consistent with a product being sold as new.
I am returning the shoes directly to the store for a full refund.

Pretty but painful!
Pretty but painful shoe. I expected this shoe to feel like butter but unfortunately it felt like a razor blade on my foot. Also it must have been a sample because it was marked up all around the inside of the shoe.
