poor condition and service
Shoes came in very poor condition, has layers and layers of old stickers, didn’t look new at all. Unfortunately, by the time I received them, my size was sold out. Talked to customer service and they only offered a free return label. Didn’t even ask for photos or a slight discount.

Bad service by Nordstrom Rack
these Stuart Weitzman sandals were shipped to me in a plastic mailing bag. No box, loose one shoe was scratched up by the other's heel. Tacky.

cute shoes but delivery damaged
Similar to what another customer said these came delivered in a bag - no box, not even individually wrapped. Completely unacceptable I think. The front of one shoe is scratched. One shoe also has some wear on the bottom. Unfortunate because I think the shoe is cute.
