Babette Pump 60

Stunning shoes. Adobe is a warm, peachy tan and the heel is sturdy yet elegant. I don't normally wear heels so I bought these to wear for more special occasions, but they are particularly painful around the topline (very stiff and chafes against the top of my foot). There is little cushion, and I found additional insoles don't help much. Overall gorgeous but uncomfortable to wear.

I purchased the 6.5 size because my left foot is slightly larger than the right one (right is a size 6 and left is between 6 and 6.5). The left shoe was OK, the right one was tight. I wore them for a day to work, hoping the right one will relax as my right foot is smaller. End of the day, my foot was throbbing, the shoe did not budge. The length was fine, the width was the problem. I measured the top circumference of the right shoe and it was 0.5 cm shorter than the left one! I ordered a size bigger (7), but same problem, the right one was still to tight. I tried to return the worn shoes to the local NSR and they refused. They told me the size is not defective because they were the same length as the other shoe and as another pair of shoes of the same brand. They did not care of the fact that the circumference was smaller. If you buy these shoes, beware!! Their whole batch seems defective! I am so disappointed, first in the brand (for making such a crappy sizing) and then for the shop, for refusing to accept a defective shoe because it was worn!
