What it is: A long-lasting, dual-ended eye liner featuring intense pigmentation and an extreme matte finish.

How to use: Shake well before use. Sweep pen along the lash line. Use the Micro Tip to fill in between lashes for natural definition and the appearance of a fuller lash line. Store horizontally for best performance.
