What it is: A long-lasting, dual-ended eye liner featuring intense pigmentation and an extreme matte finish.

What it does: The dual-ended eye liner enables you to create a variety of eye-opening effects from thin, precise lines to thick, dramatic looks. The dual-ended pen features two tip applicators. One side of the pen holds Stila's award-winning Original Liquid Eye Liner formula. The liner's precision martker-like tip delivers any look from a thin line to a bold, dramatic stroke. The other side features Micro Tip, a delicate, ultraprecise micro-tip liner that offers superior control and accuracy. Packed with charcoal powder the liner delivers the blackest of black lines doubled with a superior matte finish. The quick-dry liner is waterproof and stays put from day to night—no smudges, feathering or running.

How to use: Shake well before use. Sweep pen along the lash line. Use the Micro Tip to fill in between lashes for natural definition and the appearance of a fuller lash line. Store horizontally for best performance.

I think this will be my last time buying eyeliner from Nordstrom Rack. I received this new but it must have been really old because it dried out so quickly. I think I was only able to use it 3 times before I had to throw it out. Complete waste of money.

The micro end works great but micro. The other end which I purchased for is basically dried out. I don’t know if it seems that way because it’s matte.
