y order was delivered to the wrong location in my apartment complex, and I never received it. When I first contacted customer service, I was assured that I would receive a refund. Shortly after, I received an email stating that I would not be refunded. I called again, waited on hold for more than 45 minutes, and was then told by another representative that the previous email was AI-generated and incorrect, and that the finance team would resolve the issue and issue my refund. Instead, I have now received another email stating that my claim has been denied. This is unacceptable. I followed all instructions, provided accurate information, and was previously told a refund would be issued. I spoke with a supervisor and was told after the product left Nordstrom the company had no control and a Nordstrom rep should have not advised me I would get a refund. Hard earned money wasted!!!

The shoes look amazing in design and are comfortable. But the quality of the material is not good. After the first use the shoes creased, which is normal, but the material has a plastic/paper feel and look. So the creases don’t appear flattering. Unfortunately, I don’t anticipate these shoes lasting very long. They also run slightly large, I purchased a half size down to ensure fit, but they still slip off. I personally wouldn’t recommend these if you’re looking for quality material that will last you a long time. If you only care about the design and appearance, they might work for you.
