y order was delivered to the wrong location in my apartment complex, and I never received it. When I first contacted customer service, I was assured that I would receive a refund. Shortly after, I received an email stating that I would not be refunded. I called again, waited on hold for more than 45 minutes, and was then told by another representative that the previous email was AI-generated and incorrect, and that the finance team would resolve the issue and issue my refund. Instead, I have now received another email stating that my claim has been denied. This is unacceptable. I followed all instructions, provided accurate information, and was previously told a refund would be issued. I spoke with a supervisor and was told after the product left Nordstrom the company had no control and a Nordstrom rep should have not advised me I would get a refund. Hard earned money wasted!!!
