DSW NO LONGER GIVES BAGS
The shop itself was great. I ordered online for store pickup. I picked up the shoes and the box was smashed. DSW no longer gives bags. The salesperson offered no apology or assistance with another box. DSW carries designer shoes that you walk out the door with purchase on hand. What if you bought multiple pairs?
