Robyn Pointed Toe Slingback Pump

Yes that is me You know, these shoes are really loud. I've worn many pointed high, kitten and blocked heels before. But, I've had to send back three other SMs because the material was so sloppy, it was hard to walk in them, they were just narrow and uncomfortable. What's going on with SM? Do better!!

Nice “looking” shoe in beautiful Tan. Love concept of pointy toe with block heel for my 5’3 height/frame. Here’s the deal: The heel “slaps” (see previous reviewer) when walking in my home. It feels slightly heavy when walking. I’ve hung on to shoe contemplating but leaning towards a return. My usual size 6.5M fits very well with no pinching. I’ve given shoes a try even when noticing a slight issue then wear them. The issue doesn’t improve but gets worse so then I’m stuck. These days, yes, I’ll pay yet won’t compromise as prices rise all around. We can put a man (and women) on the Moon but we can’t figure out how to design shoes that fit multiple women’s feet comfortably. I think I’ve made decision. Truly hope if you try, they work for you!

I really want to like this shoe, but I feel like they “slap” when walking and I have to “stomp” in them. I might try to size up half a size, because I’m currently on the longest strap notch so maybe that’s giving too much looseness in the middle of the shoe causing the “slap” effect. Maybe if I size up, I can shorten the strap and it won’t cause that problem. Otherwise, I’ll be returning them.

I have been hunting for a pointed toe slingback with a low heel for ages and finally settled on these. I was nervous because they didn't have a lot of love in the reviews and the point looked a little long, but they're actually perfect. The heel isn't too high but you still get a little lift which makes them look amazing with a cute, little midi dress. So far, the strap has stayed on while walking around the house as well. If you're looking for the same type of shoe as me in suede, these are a good one to check out.
