This dress runs small on chest and I don’t have big chest 36B The size chart said medium but it was so tight I couldn’t lift my arms. Sizing up would make bottom of dress too big This dress not flattering for petite looks better on model who is 5ft 10 The fabric so nice wish it fit. I am 129lbs 5ft
