Received worn shoes
Arrived in just a bag over half the shoe box. Pretty sad and disappointed to have received dirty, obviously worn and returned shoes.
My first and LAST online purchase from this nasty place.

Pretty but not comfortable
They run small!!! Everyone says it and I didn’t believe them. I will get mine exchanged for a size up, my feet are incredibly sore after wearing them to work for 8 hours. They are very pretty but the sole is too hard, the shoe runs small, and they are overall extremely uncomfortable. Don’t wear them for more than two-three hours a day and you definitely cannot work out in them.

Super cute!
Remember to size up! This is my second pair of Steve Maddens and I normally wear size 8 but I ordered 8. 5 and it's the perfect fit.
