Heavy and rough
Very pretty shoe, mermaid-esque in the robins blue color however the heel is very heavy and the rafia on the trim is rough so every step feels like heavy sand paper scratching my foot. Returning - definitely needs some type of strap to accommodate the heavy heel. TTS
