Maze Slide Sandal (Women)

I had a very disappointing experience with Nordstrom Rack. I ordered three pairs of sandals, and one of them arrived with broken buckle hardware, making them completely unusable. I provided photos as proof, clearly showing the defect. The issue is that I am located in El Salvador and had to pay a third-party shipping service to receive my order. Returning the damaged item to the U.S. would require me to pay expensive international shipping fees again. Despite this, Nordstrom Rack refused to issue a refund unless I return the defective item at my own expense. This is extremely frustrating and unfair — customers should not have to pay additional costs to return items that arrive damaged. I expected better customer service and accountability from a company like this. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider purchasing from them again.
