They definitely run small. I wear an 11 and maxed as there is no size 12 (bummer :(
Heel does feel really tall but not unbearable. Would’ve exchanged if it was possible.

cute but uncomfortable
These are so cute, but they really hurt. They’re slightly on the small size, so def size up if you’re between sizes. Also recommend wearing these when you don’t have a lot of walking or standing to do. They’re super cute, I wish they were more comfortable.

Very cute but very uncomfortable
These are beautiful but there is no way to be able to walk in them for a long time... also they run small. I am normally between 8.5 and 9, got 10 in these and they fit perfectly. One strap seems to be a bit longer than the other also. Overall, these are great if you are just going to get somewhere and sit the whole time

cute but so uncomfortable!
I was so. Immediately about these because they are such a darling shoe and the Cigna color is really pretty but they run so small (i had to size up one full size) and they are super uncomfortable. My feet hurt after 5 minutes of wearing them so sadly i had to return them:(
