Design Change?
I've purchased several Steve Madden shoes including this basic pump. Although I purchased it in my normal size, it was too big. Also, the toe box was longer/more pointed. I returned it. I've noticed this in another SM style. I will not be purchasing SM again. No reflection at all on Nordstrom; it is still my favorite store. :)
