These shoes are really cute BUT when I received them they were clearly worn, the straps looked worn and there was something inside the shoes that looked like someone wore them and left some foot “residue” behind. I was so grossed out. I sent them back and they sent me another pair. They are a little snug so it might be helpful to go a half size up? I want to wear these for the fall so I want socks on with them…. After this though I’m not sure I want to order more shoes from the website.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's cute but very hard on the inside. It's wide and roomy but the length is short. So a size up is needed for the length to fit but that makes it too roomy on the feet. It only looks cute but not worth it.

Bought on sale. They are too big and I can’t exchange because they were final sale ugh so cute though

Cheap material, strap doesn’t work. And I can’t return it because of their discounted policy.

The shoes are very comfortable and beautiful, but unfortunately the back strap came off very quickly.

The band around the heel that’s snapped on to a terribly sewn in end it popped off literally within hours of wearing the shoe. The hardware was no where to be found so it became impossible to re attach it on my own. So sad. These were so cute!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love them in sport mode, super comfy and give you good height, but when you have the buckle on the top the shoe is really heavy and needs more support. Also a shoe that wears a lot better with a sock, keep that in mind. Super cute though! Great quality - I do love SM!
