Heel broke off after wearing a couple of hours
This is a defective shoe. The heel broke after wearing the boot for the first time after only a couple of hours. I don't know if Nordstrom Rack will refund me my money since I've worn and it past the 30 days.

The best boot ever made!!!
This by far is the best boot i have ever worn! So comfortable , the heel height is perfect. I just purchased another color! Love these so much. Between a 91/2 and 10, i went with the 10! Don’t miss these !

I have now retuned 2 pairs of boots due the heel of the sole falling off. Very cheaply made.
