Ugly lining
The bag felt like cheap plastic material which was a dealbreaker in itself but what was worse was this horrid floral lining that isn’t what’s pictured (solid gray interior on website) for the black tote. I can’t return it fast enough. Nordstrom, you shouldn’t be destroying your brand by carrying stuff that even Walmart wouldn’t sell.
