Great for casual work wear
These mules are right on trend with a lovely soft leather. They are the most pointy shoes I’ve ever owned and I am surprised that they don’t pinch my toes. They don’t have as much cushioning as most other vionic shoes, but the arch support is there.

Missing item from package.Refund denied.
never received this item. It was missing from the order it was allegedly shipped with. I contacted customer service and they stated that they were unable to process a refund or replacement based on the recommendation of divryrsrch@ Nordstrom .com. I contacted this person and they said the order was delivered. I informed them that the box was delivered,however this item was not inside of the box. They still denied a refund. I ‘m required to pay $89.97 for shoes that I never received.

Finally, a mule that doesn’t hurt my feet
I was honestly skeptical about these at first. I’ve had to get rid of every other pair of mules I’ve owned (non-Vionic) because they made my feet hurt so badly. I decided to give these a try anyway, hoping for the best but not expecting much.
I’ve worn them multiple times now, and I’m really impressed. My feet don’t hurt at all, they’re comfortable, and they’re actually really cute. I’m so glad I gave these a chance—definitely a win for me.
