Hi Jayp, Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Bentgo Stainless Steel Travel Utensil Set. We're glad to hear the stainless steel construction met your expectations, but we're sorry the knife did not. The knife is intentionally designed with a less aggressive edge than a traditional kitchen knife to make it suitable for everyday travel, packed lunches, and on-the-go use. However, we understand that if it isn't meeting your needs for cutting certain foods, that can be disappointing. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, as feedback like this helps us evaluate future product improvements. If you'd like to discuss your experience further, please feel free to reach out to us at support@bentgo.com or 657-275-3738. Thank you, Jessica Bentgo Customer Support
