Wrong online description

It's a wrong website description. It came in a Bracelet instead of Necklace. When I called the customer service, they help me to process the return. The return took three weeks and I was charge a return fee of $10 which they agreed to be waive.

Same problem with me. I ordered necklace 3 times and 3 times received bracelet. That’s ridiculous! I had to return it 3 times. I don’t know who works in the stores, if they don’t even read the order details.
