heel strap
The sandals are very pretty. I chose the stars that I did because the heel straps don't stay up over my heel. I attempted to tighten the back of the of the shoe but the velcro didn't go far enough. The rest of the sandal is perfect in size.

loose strap
Much like the other reviewer, the back strap is disproportionately long compared to the length of the shoe. The closure is Velcro so I could adjust it by adding my own Velcro, but otherwise there isn’t a way to tighten it. Very cute and comfortable shoes otherwise, and I am keeping them. The picture I posted is a little awkward but am trying to show the finger-width gap between heel and strap.

Cute but the strap could use work
I bought these on sale online, I agree with others, the back strap is not the best design. The Velcro makes it so you cannot properly adjust the strap. It would have been better if it was a clasp close

Heel strap loosens frequently.
Back strap loosens easily, having to frequently readjust in order to be comfortable.
