So disappointing!
These boots are the perfect boot in nearly every way. But the heel “cup” is high and narrow. I went for a short hike and had to turn around before I’d gone 1/2 mile, because both ankles were bleeding.

Looks and works great…BUT
The shoe looks great and waterproofing works perfectly…but. If you need to walk far distances, this isn’t the shoe. My heel was extremely sore after 4 days of walking around Manhattan in the snow and rain. It was so painful that I was limping for a few days after I stopped using the shoes.

Terrific Boots!
These are exceptionally comfortable right out of the box. No need to break in. Quite warm and stylish, too. My first pair of Sorels, but won’t be my last. Only have had these for 1 week so can’t comment on durability. That said, they appear to be a quality boot. Very happy and impressed.

Great boot but the color was darker than the photo
Super comfortable boot and the materials were of high quality. However, I ordered the color "tobacco" which looked like a cognac in the photo. The actual color is a chocolate brown. While not the exact color I was expecting, I kept them anyway. Great boot!
