Love, Love, Love
These sandals are perfect. They are incredibly comfortable with their block heel yet are not like wearing high heels as the difference between the heels height and front platform height is short. These are so perfect and have leather upper. Dress up or down with shorts, skirts, jeans, sundresses. Jean dresses and cute jacket. I purchased black as it’s more versatile but wish they had the brown left to also buy. Just buy. You won’t great.

RECEIVED DIRTY RETURNED SHOES
I wish I can give a zero star. As a longtime loyal Nordstrom customer I am very upset and dissatisfied with the customer service and WORN/RETURNED shoes. It was clear that I received a used pair of shoes. And not only were they used. They were dirty and had scuffed marks on them. They came without an original Sorel box just wrapped up in Nordstrom stuffing paper in a mailing box. The $49 price marked was less than the $58 price I paid. So before I did this review . I called customer service to get it resolved. So upon the representative looking up my order it was discovered that the Sorel’s went on sale today (nice) and a STANDARD price adjustment with the shoes being in excellent condition, not worn and in a box was in order because the shoes had gone on sale for $37 which was fine. Because I do wear a unique size which is not available a lot of times I did inquire in the event if I decided to keep them would there be any compensation and I was told absolutely not!! When I ordered these shoes I expected to receive a NEW pair of shoes not worn in the original Sorel box with proper identifying number . I expected to pay what I paid for them however, I did not expect to get WORN shoes and have my concerns dismissed. I was not looking for anything free. I just wanted what I paid for and if a price adjustment was due based on a sale. That has nothing to do with my concerns with the WORN shoes. I think I was more concerned and surprised with the customer service that I received than I was with the bad product. This put a bad taste in my mouth for sure.

Pretty and comfortable shoes
We all know that it's hard to find a pretty shoes with a lot of comfort at the same time. Usually only ugly shoes are comfortable, but not this one. I knew I can wear it and walk on it for a long distance. The hot pink is very sexy.

I knew I would love these shoes, well… the one that fits, I do love. This was an on-line order for size 7, but only the right shoe is a 7. The left is size 5. Went on line to reorder but now the shoe is sold out in my size. That’s too bad because I really do love the shoe that fits 😞
