I got lucky with the size but it's not worth taking the risk. Nordstroms will charge you to return items they misrepresent online. You are better off shopping elsewhere.

I love the pink and black combination but it hurts. The back of the shoe is very rough and I only standing and barely walked and gave me blisters. Too bad .

I'm and avid Sorel fan (about 12 pairs of different styles) and wear an 8. I got these in size 8 as well. They are about 1/2 to whole size larger. I tightened the shoe strings quite a bit which helped with the width and heal, but they still feel a little larger. I'll just need to wear thicker socks However, the shoes themselves are very cute and constructed well. The top around the ankles are stiff but I anticipate they will soften (that has happened with other styles). They will be perfect for rainy days, and yes, they are a bit heavy. Overall, I like them, but they are not TTS.

... but runs narrow in the toe area. I would recommend a size up. I ordered an 8.5 (my normal size) and the shoe rubbed my toes on the outside of my foot uncomfortably, so I had to return.

Heavy. Uncomfortable. Run very big. Not Sorrel best.

Very cute but they run a size larger, even than other shoes of the same brand.

Back hurts my heal but super cute

Drawn to them for a few reasons, i thought they could be the perfect shoe for a trip that do both a cute outfit AND a hike .The heel is a little big so i wouldnt use for hiking but get lots of compliment when i wear them. I got tan pair not ones showing in thumbnail pic.

These do not fit true to size. They are a half to whole size too small especially if you want to wear socks with them. They are also a bit narrow. I have medium width feet and they squeeze a bit in the toe box. A size bigger might work but I out the $10 shipping charge for shoes that run too small.

I have a narrow foot and I find sorel always fits best. These are no exception. Backs are stiff, but with wear should loosen, other than that love the fit and style.
