This is definitely a dark platinum color, great neutral color. Leather is very soft and the shoe is lined with a thin furry fabric. Contour of the footbed is good for me, not for high arch support, if that’s what you are looking for. I need to wear a thick wool sock with this bootie because otherwise it’s too big;wide, especially at the ankle. But, that’s not too unusual for me with European sizing, Might order another Softino boot in a 35 to see if that fits better, too bad they don’t have this bootie in a 35.
