They sent the wrong size. A waist of time.
I paid for a size 12, Nordstrom Rack sent me a size 10 which my shoulders cannot fit in properly. Front buttons cannot be closed. My receipt said i paid for a size 12. Why did Nordstrom Rack sent me a size 10? Perhaps they were hoping i don’t notice the difference between a size 10 and a size 12? The coat itself is high quality (95% Wool/Laine 5 % Cashmere. Worth the money). Now i have to hire a taxi taking me there for a return. A waste of time. Very disappointing.
