Disappointed
I love the save the duck products but my review is not reflective of the product or brand. In fact I really liked the jacket and felt it had a great fit. Unfortunately this was shipped to me without the hood or belt, and Nordstrom would not work with the vendor to resolve this. Be aware if the product is shipping from store they will not resolve.

did not receive it and never got my full refund
I bought this and never got it. Then it says it was returned via my account. I did not get my fill payment back. Very disappointed in Nordstromrack. I was looking forward to this coat. I need to be fully reimbursed! This is theft! I paid for it and never got the item then I didn’t get a refund on my cc. What a joke!

Sleeves too long
Nice quality jacket but the sleeves are too long, and the belt is too short for how I like to tie my trench coats. Sadly, this one is going back.
