Equalizer 5.0 Slip-On Sneaker (Men)

It doesn't say it in the product description but you can see it printed on the insole in the overhead picture of the shoe that this has a "Relaxed Fit" so it's not as narrow as a standard-width (M) shoe and not as wide as a wide (W) shoe. The toe box is roomy and it runs true to size in length but if you have a somewhat narrow foot, the shoe can give you the feeling that your foot is floating in the middle of the show; it's not a bad feeling and you're not likely to walk out of the shoe but it doesn't feel really secure or constricting on your foot. Maybe that's the point of a casual, fabric, slip-on like this in which case it's a 5/5* but it wasn't listed as a Relaxed Fit in the description and I was hoping for a true standard-width (M) shoe so I'm going to dock Nordstrom Rack a star (4/5*) for not being more up front about the sizing. I've included a picture of the shoe box which makes it abundantly clear that this is a Relaxed Fit shoe.

Shoe is fine. Nordstrom Rack advertising is misleading. It say " Free Pickup at Store" yet I was charged shipping which the store refused to refund. Contrast with Home Depot and many other stores which " Ship to store. Free" I can't even understand what Nordstrom's message means, are you telling me if it's in the store I can pick it up without a shippine charge? That's the policy at every store. Your "Free Pickup at Store" implies I can pick it up for free at the store, and not have to pay to have it shipped to my home. Very misleading.
