Cropped jacket with monkey arms

Very cute, but formal/ professional cropped jacket. Good fit in the body, but it's like they took the extra fabric and added it to the arms. The arms end past my fingers and I have never had a problem with that before. I folded the sleeves up for a casual on purpose look.
