Mislabeled sizing
The sizing on the sticker and the shoe didn’t match. I ordered two pairs the first pair i ordered was 2 sizes two small even though it was my usual size. The second pair was only half a size bigger and was huge. The first pair was labeled 7.5 on the shoe but 9.5 on the sticker, but the second pair I ordered was a 10 on the shoe and the sticker. I tried contacting customer service and didn’t get a reply!!
