So rough
Not soft at all. I saw the fabric is supposed to get softer with every wash. After 4 washes, I reached out to customer service and they advised to try with vinegar. I followed their instructions but still no good. I’m pretty upset because these definitely aren’t cheap but way too rough for my skin/hair. What a waste.

Thin and rough
I have quite a few items from the percale cotton line and these are nothing like that. They are thin and rough and feel cheap to the touch. The color and stitching is fine and they look alright.
