The card says wool : specifically says fabric is 100% cotton and filling is 100% wool. Be warned this is wool inside of cotton not 100% cotton.

Good pillow
This is a good fit for me because I like hard, firm pillows. If you prefer firm pillows, this is a good option for you as well. All of the materials in this pillow are made of natural materials rather than polyester.
