Semi Sheer Button-Up Tie Cuff Top

I bought this pant/shirt set in both colors. This fabric is like liquid organza and it's amazing. Soft, flowy, shiny. I HIGHLY disagree with the other reviewer who said the shirt was too short - it's not - it's the standard length that hits at the bottom of the belly. I wish it was "cropped" to hit right at where the pants end (waist) so that there was no overlap of fabrics, necessitating either a tuck in the pants, or tie a knot in front to get a cinched look at the waist. I decided, instead of wearing the shirt slip, I'm going to switch to my LV silk scarf tied into a strapless top and then I will wear the shirt open, like a jacket or cardigan that you take off if too warm. I plan to wear this set at night to nice night time dinners, because the sheen of the fabric is fancy more than beach.
