Very scratchy
This item has some glitter running through the blue threads. It’s a very pretty top but the material (maybe the blue glitter threads) makes my skin itch almost immediately! Very sad as it’s a cute piece. If you wear something under it I believe you would be fine. The material is very rough to the touch.
