This was exactly what I was going for! These boots are comfortable yet sexy. I’m 5’2, and they rise to about mid-thigh. They fold easily if I want a shorter style. I can wear them over my jeans or bare-legged. I originally ordered a half size up, but I’ll need to go down to my usual size.

classic pair of boots
I think these would not be over the knee for tall girls. I’m 5’3 and they just come over the knee for me. Otherwise they’re super cute. I am glad I got them on sale because Schutz shoes can be a little overpriced in my opinion.

skinny calf-friendly
Agree with other reviews - relatively comfortable, nice leather, and nice fit. A bonus is that they fit my skinny calfs, which is always hard for me to find. Happy to snag these on a discount and foresee these being a classic wardrobe staple. Removed one star for the back slit on the upper thigh, which I know is supposed to serve the purpose of facilitating movement for your leg , but it looks gape-y on me but it’s not a deal breaker. Also sized up bc I like a more roomy fit in my boots. Otherwise tres chic!

Absolutely beautiful boot, soft leather, perfect heel height but it was too narrow and the boot slouched and had to return. May have helped if the zipper was all the way up the boot.
