bad heel
I have worn these heels less than 10x for only about 2hrs each time. And the heel has broke. I am so disappointed. After reading other reviews it appears it is a design flaw as others have run into the same issue.

Nice Pump?
I've had this shoe in my basket for a couple months now and just received it. I'm disappointed because the color isn't as dark as it's pictured or named, "WOOD". The shoe is true-to-size and a bit tight across the toes. This would have been my second SCHULTZ shoe, but the gold sandal I kept late last year also isn't quite as well-made or as luxe as pictured for purchase. After reading more reviews, I think this is my last SCHULTZ purchase.

I bought these shoes for my sister & she really liked them. The silver is shinny, but not glossy. The shoe looks elegant and is overall comfortable to wear (I was told). The inside can feel a little “slippery”, but no complaints. Fits true to size.

beautiful but need to break them in
Yet another gorgeous pump from this brand. I have this particular pump in 6 colors. The metallic patent silver finish seems to do something to the leather that makes these a lot less comfortable on the feet than other colors. The other colors (wood, neutral, white, suede nubuck, and oyster/fabric) in regular leather, suede, or fabric uppers feel comfortable and super wearable right out of the box, no breaking in required. The metallic silver has a much stiffer feel and was painful for the first wear, which happened to be at a gala. Definitely don’t plan to wear these to an event on the first day, and expect a blistery break-in period. But they are beautiful and look stunning on, just like the other 5 pairs I have. Get tons of compliments when I wear them.
