Wrong order and no joy.
They sent the wrong necklace. It was actually worth more than the necklace I originally ordered. That necklace was sold out so I went to Nordstrom rack to return the one I received. The problem was I couldn’t get the same discount that prompted me to buy that necklace. The manager was completely unhelpful. I’m a Nordic club member and have never had trouble before.
