My go-to trail shoe
I’m a peregrine fan through and through. The only thing I didn’t like about this model was the laces. They were barrel laces and they didn’t stay tied well. Other than that, I’ve been wearing peregrines for years as my trail shoe.

Rubs against the herel
Had these shoes on for 30 minutes and had blisters on my heel. Had to take the shoes off and walk barefoot for a half a mile to my car. I would not advise to purchase these. I have had plenty running shoes from this brand, however this model is not worth the risk.

Should have listened - they do run small.
They look great, but unfortunately they do in fact run small. I am usually a 5.5, occasionally a 6. I bought the 5.5 expecting them to fit snugly, but unfortunately they just border on too small to run in. They're not too small to wear, just too small to wear comfortably, so if you're on the smaller end of a size you MIGHT be able to get away with your normal size. I wish I had gone up a half size.

Comfort great! Quality of tread meh!
Love the lugs and traction when these are new out of the box. I have some 11’s that have lasted longer than these though. Love the comfort. Not loving not having the rock plate and the durability. I used these for a 14 mile Spartan race in Utah and while they held up fairly okay they are showing like I’ve put over 100 miles in them looking in worse shape than my 11’s.
