Saucony

It's the shoe brand that's easy to wear but tricky to say. Saucony, pronounced SOCK-uh-nee, has been running strong since 1898, when four young businessmen opened a shoe manufacturing company in a two-story brick factory on Saucony Creek in Kutztown, Pennsylvania. Today, as always, the brand's shoes are synonymous with innovation, comfort, quality construction and style.

Uneven sole affects gait

I got these shoes in the same size I wear in the Kinvara, whcih I've been wearing for a couple years now. They fit size-wise, but the outer edges of the sole seem to be higher on both sides. This causes the foot to tip inwards (over-pronate? not sure the right word) with each step. It feels strange and is just asking for hip/knee/etc issues. For reference, I think I over-pronate a bit naturally, but it's never been an issue with neutral shoes like the Kinvara, or while barefoot running. I also wish there were more color options in the wide.

comfort/quality

Saucony has long been my go to for comfort and quality. Saucony was my go to when I was a runner and continues to be my go to as a long distance walker. I also wear Saucony footwear as a busy ER nurse and constantly get positive comments on my footwear… The brighter, the better!!

Extremely comfortable

I am on my feet a lot and also have arthritis in my big toe, so I bought these hoping they would be comfortable. They are by far the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. They fit my feet perfectly and my feet feel wonderfu, even after walking for miles.

Do you like rocks in your shoes?

The soles of the shoe are not durable for trail running. The stripe in the heel tears apart from the rest of the sole and collects rocks. Not very comfortable. I've put about 50 miles on these shoes on the trail and am not impressed with the lack of durability. Not a wear and tear issue, a design flaw.

Not wide and no cushion

There is zero support in this shoe and the wide is not wide at all. Disappointed.

Super comfortable. I finally found a shoe that fits my foot. Looking forward to purchasing another pair from this company.
